You have just had surgery, Like any surgery, post-operative pain is to be expected:

 

1. The mouthwash provided is to be applied locally on a compress.

2. Follow the medical prescription (medication, surgical brush, toothpaste, brushes, etc.)

3. Place cold next to the operated area

4. Eat cold meals (ice cream, gazpacho, etc.)

5. Drink cold drinks

6. Avoid acidic foods: lemon, vinegar, etc.

7. Do not drink alcohol

8. Avoid exposure to the sun

9. Avoid physical exertion

10. NO SMOKING

11. Do not lean forward after a wisdom tooth extraction but bend your knees.
