MAINTENANCE PROTOCOL
YOU WILL NEED THIS:
1- You will need water, Torrens powder* , hydrogen peroxide, a glass, oral Betadine, dental floss, interdental brushes and a suitable toothpaste, for example Parodontax.
2- Also, the BROXO JET Water Flosser monobuse, power 5 at first, then 7 (decontaminate your brush and the water flosser with Betadine once a week).
INTERDENTAL BRUSHES:
1- The brush head is used after thorough brushing of the teeth;
2- Make only one or two round trips per day;
3- Change interdental brush every 7 days max.
ONCE A DAY: (preferably in the evening before going to bed)
1- Mix hydrogen peroxide with water in a glass (50/50%);
2- Dip your brush in this mixture and apply to the gums and teeth using the brushing method indicated by your dentist;
3- Rinse your brush under running water and repeat these steps for the upper and lower teeth, inner side and outer side. Rinse with the remaining solution.
APPLY TORRENS POWDER:
1- After washing your hands, apply Torrens powder with a wet finger, on the gum line at the top and bottom, inside and outside. Then spit out the excess.
2- Keep the residue as long as possible (avoid eating, drinking or rinsing for an hour).
RECOMMENDATIONS:
If you have a microscopic control planned, simply brush with fresh water the day before your appointment and do not brush your teeth that day; avoid fruits, juices and salt.
Preparation of hydrogen peroxide: Obtain hydrogen peroxide in the form of 3% (10 volumes). Add 2 parts water to 1 part hydrogen peroxide. Make this dilution each time you use hydrogen peroxide. Do not prepare quantities in advance. Since the effectiveness of hydrogen peroxide decreases over time after the bottle has been opened, get smaller containers.
Preparation of Torrens powder*: (To condition fabrics); Mix in the blender for 1 minute, 6 parts baking soda with 1 part fine table salt. Keep in a closed container. Place this powder on the gum line. Do not brush. Continue this treatment until the target germs have been eliminated.

Twice a week: Therapeutic Mouthwash: Use Water Flosser (manufacturer's instructions) with a mixture of 1 part Betadine Buccal combined with 3 parts water.
